Goldenhar’s syndrome is a syndrome consisting of (1) epibulbar dermoids and/or lipodermoids (2)
preauricular skin tags and blind-ended fistulas and (3) vertebral anomalies.
Two cases of Goldenhar’s syndrome which showed asymmetric facies, epibubar dermoids, preaur-

Between December 1987 and November 1988, Twenty infants with ductus-dependent congenital
heart disease received intravenous infusion of PGE1 in the pediatric department of Seoul National
University Hospital. Nineteen infants had cyanotic congtenital heart diseases and one had severe
coarctation of aorta.
Fifteen infants responded to PGE1 treatment and the mean Pa02 increased from 24 mmHg to 40
